Led organizational transformation initiatives to improve cross-functional alignment and drive strategic outcomes - e.g. new operating model for a global logistics service function in Danfoss.

Directed end-to-end process optimization, enhancing efficiency, reducing lead times, and achieving significant cost savings.

Digital Transformation
Oversaw the implementation of digital solutions, including ERP system-upgrade and analytical tools, to improve decision-making and operational visibility.
Enabled data-driven planning and scheduling by integrating technology into supply chain and operations workflows such as simulation and mathematical optimization.
Supply Chain Design and Planning
Responsible for several footprint projects, which involved reviewing and designing scalable, resilient supply chain networks to improve service levels and optimize transportation and logistics costs.
Led planning initiatives to improve inventory management and production efficiency, which led to new production records and significant reduction in inventories, while keeping delivery service at >99%.
Leadership and Team Development
Built and managed high-performing teams at both Arla and Danfoss, empowering them to achieve organizational objectives and foster even more collaboration and innovation.
Ramped up a global Center of Excellence for Supply Chain optimization from 5FTE’s to +30 FTE’s including building a digital hub of specialists in India (Chennai).
