  • Developed and implemented operational strategies to align business goals with service, cost, cash and sustainability. This work was further recognised in the book of Bram Desmet ‘Rethinking Supply Chains’.

  • Led organizational transformation initiatives to improve cross-functional alignment and drive strategic outcomes - e.g. new operating model for a global logistics service function in Danfoss.

Operational Excellence

  • Directed end-to-end process optimization, enhancing efficiency, reducing lead times, and achieving significant cost savings.

  • Implemented lean methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation.

Digital Transformation

  • Oversaw the implementation of digital solutions, including ERP system-upgrade and analytical tools, to improve decision-making and operational visibility.

  • Enabled data-driven planning and scheduling by integrating technology into supply chain and operations workflows such as simulation and mathematical optimization.

Supply Chain Design and Planning

  • Responsible for several footprint projects, which involved reviewing and designing scalable, resilient supply chain networks to improve service levels and optimize transportation and logistics costs.

  • Led planning initiatives to improve inventory management and production efficiency, which led to new production records and significant reduction in inventories, while keeping delivery service at >99%.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Built and managed high-performing teams at both Arla and Danfoss, empowering them to achieve organizational objectives and foster even more collaboration and innovation.

  • Ramped up a global Center of Excellence for Supply Chain optimization from 5FTE’s to +30 FTE’s including building a digital hub of specialists in India (Chennai).

  • Winner of People Recognition Award in the category ‘Teamwork & Collaboration’
